Testing adding new articel to Joomla 4 

We reciently migrated the site from Joomal 3.10.11 to 4.3.2 and the articel gave error.  

An error has occurred.

0 Undefined constant "JROUTER_MODE_SEF"

 

 

I searched the forums 

PHP 8.2

I went to Global configuarion and changed error reporting to "Maximum"
